Our Staff

Tim Soots • Rector

My primary responsibilities are to shepherd God’s people through proclaiming his Word on Sunday mornings, celebrating his grace at the Lord’s Table and the Baptismal waters, and through pastoral care throughout the week. I am also responsible for casting vision and caring for our staff team. I received an MDiv from Denver Seminary, and I was ordained into the priesthood in 2014. My wife Laura and I have two sons, Myles and James.

Andrew Wininger • Connections & Discipleship Minister

As the Connections & Discipleship Minister, it is my pleasure to get newcomers connected to the life of our church and create spaces for Christians to grow into greater joy and Christlikeness. Originally from Tennessee, I graduated from Moody Bible Institute before coming to Denver with my wife, Sarah, to pursue my M.A. in Theology.

Feel free to reach out to me at andrew@trinitylittleton.com

Connor Jackson • Youth and Family Minister

I currently oversee our church’s children’s ministry and lead our youth ministry. I moved here from California with my wife Rachel to attend Denver Seminary. It was not long before God called me out of seminary, but during that time, I worked in sales and as a volunteer leader for our youth ministry. I always knew I would find my way to full-time ministry so it was with great joy that I accepted my current role. I am passionate about discipline teenagers and helping families faithfully raise their kids.

Feel free to email me at connor@trinitylittleton.com

Cassie Elmer • Early Childhood Coordinator & Youth Ministries Coordinator

I have the joy of serving our community through giving our littlest ones a space where they can experience our liturgy and values in age appropriate ways; as well as serving our youth alongside Kyle. We believe there is great value in kids growing up with safe and loving adults investing in them in addition to their parents, and I have the joy of living that out with both our littlest congregants and our teens.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions about our early childhood classrooms, youth program, or if you want to join our amazing volunteer crew! cassie@trinitylittleton.com

Kerry Ryan • Deacon • (Currently on sabbatical)

I have the privilege of serving as a deacon at Trinity. I am also proud to be the eldest member of our staff!  My husband and I helped to plant Trinity in 2015, have three mostly wonderful kids, and are grateful to be connected to such a gospel-centered and hospitable church.  I am responsible for organizing and overseeing liturgical volunteers, in addition to serving in various capacities during the Sunday morning worship gathering.

If you have questions or would like to meet for pastoral care, please don't hesitate to contact me: kerry@trinitylittleton.com.

Aaron Purdy • Worship Leader

I’m Aaron. I coordinate and lead the music at our Sunday gatherings. I believe something curious and beautiful happens when we sing together. If you have any questions about liturgical worship, or are interested in helping out with music on Sundays, please shoot me an email. aaron@trinitylittleton.com

Daniel Schroeder • Ministry Administrator(MA)

My responsibility as the Ministry Administrator(MA) or Ad-minster, as I like to say, is to manage Trinity Anglican Church's ongoing organizational needs, primarily those related to our volunteer population and general business operations. I function as another member of the staff team, supporting the vision and mission of Trinity Anglican Church and its ministries. I have a passion for youth ministry, mentoring, and service. My wife Jessica and I love food adventures and hosting people to share in God's gift of taste buds.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions about anything! daniel@trinitylittleton.com
